Let me tell you something about EventXS:


EventXS is a complete wireless Access Control System. It comes with wireless handheld control units (PDA's), a complete wireless network, several wireless camera's, a server and printer, and all software to control and encode the so-called Mifare cards.

The EventXS consists of one database per tour or event in which the information of all cardholders is held and authorisation for particular areas is regulated.

To control the access to the specified areas, the PDA's, equipped with card readers, are used. These PDA's communicate with the server through a secured wireless LAN. This provides at any given place or time the possibility of controlled access of persons. In the event that, for any reason the communication between the Server and PDA falls out, the last version of the database is saved on the individual PDA, to secure a solid security at all times.


EventXS is easy to operate. The badges for a Tour or Event can be produced in advance or on-site. All required information can be supplied in Excel sheets, or within an online application. The badges are printed in name and can, if desired, also contain biometrical information, like photo, fingerprint or iris scan. At the entrance of the controlled area, the card is to be presented to a security officer. At the same time, the security officer will see on the PDA, the persons name, picture and authorisation for the area he wants to enter. The system also has a feature for persons who are authorised to escort. All PDA's are permanently online which means that any authorisation changes can be made immediately. The PDA's are fitted with an instant message system and emergency alarm.

The back office of EventXS is capable of generating all kind of reports like time & attendance reports, number of visitors, Catering reports, etc. etc.


The system is installed on site by one of our staff who will manage and maintain the system at all times. EventXS can be installed quickly and is suitable for every type Tour or Event in any venue and location. It can easily monitor 1 to 100 PDA's real time. The system can be applied both indoors and outdoors and is suitable for more than 10.000 pass holders.

EventXS can be combined with a.o.: turnstiles, tourniquets, finger print and iris-scan equipment and other physical barriers. The system provides the ultimate security solution for all purposes.
